Talent Acquisition :

• Managing end to end recruitment process
• Conducting Hiring drives/ Walk ins on a large scale
• Filtering candidates on the basis of pre-rounds such as telephonic interviews, Face-to-Face interviews and to line-up shortlisted candidates for the interview
• Sourcing the potential candidates from various sources i.e. database, portals, referrals, networking sites
• Well versed with recruitment management system - TALEO
• Leading & managing the interview process evaluations with hiring managers and/or business HR as appropriate
• Vendor Management
• Ensuring that all the positions are closed within TAT
• Salary negotiations and rolling out offers to selected candidates
• Preparing and maintaining different types of trackers
• Ensuring completion of joining formalities and issuing of appointment letters.
